Winter Hitting Program (WEEKLY CLASSES): 2009-2010 Session

The hitting program is designed for hitters that want to learn the up-to-date techniques taught at the college and professional levels. The program is set up to develop the players ability to hit for a higher average with power potential. Although pitching machines and drills will be used, once the player has acquired the proper skills live pitching will be the primary form of practice. Video will be used at the beginning and end of the program in conjunction with progress analysis.

  • Players can be paired up for one one-hour hitting or individual players can sign up for one 1/2 hour session per week.

  • This program has a set meeting time each week and runs from November to February.  If you cannot commit for the entire period you will not be eligible for enrollment.  Lesson packages are available to players who cannot commit to the Winter Program schedule.  However, those lessons are based on time available.

  • The program  fills up by the middle September. Plan ahead to reserve your spot.

Instructors for this program include Derek Bingham, Dan Somoza and Mark Potoshnik.
