This training in addition the teams weekly speed & agility will help players become more explosive and coordinated with their movements. Competing at the select level requires complete and versatile athletes to be successful. Core training, nutritional knowledge and bi-weekly combined workout will help players take their game to the next level. Group training sessions for Seattle Bomber and Lady Bomber players will be Tuesday nights Nov-Feb Coach Dan Potts, owner and founder, is an Advanced Athlete Strength & Performance Specialist, and has been working with elite competitive athletes for 2 decades, including Olympic, Professional and Collegiate athletes. Coach Potts and his staff bring an undying dedication to every athlete’s on-field performance, with a guarantee that each and every training session is not only unique, but also packed with functional dynamic movements that will enhance the strength and power of any athlete working with them.
